We focus on certain areas of law

Craft Legal helps sellers prepare their businesses for the market, qualify and assess offers and document the conditions of sale, for timely and safe exits at peak value.

For purchasers, our approach is plain - we take care to ensure their businesses can be resold for more, without interference from landlords or others.

Each business is different, but the fundamentals are the same. It is our goal to help clients make the most accurate, safe and rewarding decisions early.

Craft Legal helps clients think accurately about their investments in bricks and mortar retailing.

We negotiate leases with a single goal in mind - to add real and immediate value to our clients' businesses and boost the resale value of their investments.

Craft Legal assists clients with identification, clearance, protection and enforcement of their intellectual property.

Our practise covers all areas of intellectual property, including, trade marks, patents, copyright, designs, domain names, Customs seizures, parallel imports and confidential information.

Our trade mark department has extensive experience in managing the trade mark portfolios of some of the world's most well-known companies.

Craft Legal works with clients to provide them with guidance and strategy in their business matters.

We draft a wide range of business agreements, advise in relation to various business situations and represent our clients in commercial and contract disputes before various Courts and Tribunals.

Our lawyers are sought after for their expertise and reputations for getting results
